Type:- R-Pleat MP DESIGN:
The UNITECH pleat MP (mini pleat) is available in a variety of different designs with glass fiber mini pleat. The frame is typically made of moisture resistant hardboard; plastic and metal are optional. The filters are characterized, within each filter class, by low pressure drops with high air resistance, compact design and being wholly combustible. SPECIFICATIONS & ACCESSORIES:
• Filter class EN 779:2012 M6, F7, F8
• Fine filter with hot-melt adhesive separators, closely pleated media approx. 15 pleats/dm.
• Frame: moisture resistant hardboard as well as plastic or metal frame.
• Size: Standard thickness 25mm, 48mm, 96 mm and 130 mm.
• Maximum temperature: 70°C at continuous operation We also manufacture custom sizes on request.

F7 = 80% < Em < 90%

APPLICATION AREA:
As pre-filter and main filter in HVAC systems and other ventilation systems as well as various industrial applications. Sturdy and efficient dust arresters, ideal for installations with compact design. The R-Pleat MP is recommended for conditions with large or varied flows.
